RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of your original purchase date, unless it was purchased as part of a sale or promotion. Customers can return custom items for a refund, but please be sure to provide a reason for the return. Items bought on sale and custom-made items are FINAL SALE. We do not accept exchanges for custom products.
For All Return Inquiries:
- Please include your order number in your inquiry.
- Kindly specify the reason for the return.
- Returns are allowed within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags attached.
- Please allow 14-21 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be processed.
- This return policy ONLY applies to purchases made from our store.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse, or damage. The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment if the return is refused.
DAMAGES
For all damage inquiries, please email us and include your order number and a photo of the damaged item in your inquiry.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Firstly, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Sale Items
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
